Philosophies in Mental Health, Addictions, Trauma & Being Human

The paradigms we view the issues of mental and emotional pain with are holding us back. To get better outcomes for ourselves and the people we love we must shake up these paradigms and gain new understandings. That is what this course does, from people who have lived it!

This course combines ancient wisdom that has stood the test of time, along with the latest science in the field of mental health and trauma.

What you'll get:

- Understanding yourself on a deeper level than ever before
- Techniques to ease mental/emotional pain
- Learning from our knowledge of doing 1000's of sessions with clients

This course comprehensively covers 8 topics most critical to mental health. At the end you will be armed with the knowledge and new paradigms to best help yourself and/or others in the quest to be at peace and in love with life.

What People Are Saying:

An incredible way to become more aware, reflective, & empowered to create the life you want to create for yourself. Have absolutely loved delving into the Going Deep course, and being involved in the Investigating your Relationship to Life workshop this afternoon. Matt & Ryan are able to explain things so eloquently in their own unique ways & are truly able to complement each other in the best ways. Excited to see what more I will learn in this space - keep up the wonderful work!! :)

This is the way forward for addiction and trauma therapy. I've been fortunate to have participated in a few short courses conducted by Ryan and his colleague, Matt Nettleton. Their honest, vulnerable and no BS delivery of, what is, in my opinion the most effective and compassionate therapy for trauma and addiction, is outstanding. These two blokes are real. They've lived it. They're now giving new hope to those who have found 'traditional' modalities and methods to be unsuccessful. I have so much respect for the work that they do. Love and light :)
